Symptom tracking for your next appointment

Hand your clinician the last three months, not the last three days.

Symetric keeps the record for you, twenty seconds at a time, and turns it into a report your clinician can read.

What moves with what

Your gut and your anxiety tend to rise and fall together.

What you get

Less remembering in the room. More to show for it.

A record you trust more than your memory.

Twenty seconds at a time, so the last three months are on paper, not just the last three days.

Patterns against your own normal.

Not a population average. Each one says how much data it rests on, and nothing is shown until there is enough.

Something solid to bring in.

Questions to raise and a report your clinician can read in the room. Here is what that looks like:

See it before you install it

The report your clinician actually gets.

Twelve pages built by the app from Aisha’s 90 days of sample check-ins. Every pattern in it was found by the same code that runs on your phone.

Built for bodies that don’t fit one label

You don’t need a diagnosis to use this.

Anxiety and depression that don’t respond the way they’re “supposed” to. Autism. ADHD. Mood disorders. POTS. EDS. MCAS. ME/CFS. Often two or three at once. Symetric doesn’t diagnose, and you don’t need a diagnosis to start.

Week 1You’re just logging

Nothing to read yet, and nothing’s wrong.

Week 3It knows your baseline

Normal for you, not a population average.

Week 6First patterns

Each one says how much data it rests on.

What the first six weeks are actually like

Your data

The honest version, not the marketing one.

Stored in your own encrypted account

No other user and no unauthenticated request can reach it. That’s how it survives a lost phone.

Named staff, and every access logged

For support, technical or security reasons only. Most apps leave this part out.

Take it or delete it, any time

Export as CSV or JSON, delete a date range, or lock the app with a PIN.

Read exactly where your data goes

One payment

Less than one month of most trackers. Once.

Australia only for now. Track twice a day for 28 days, and if it’s no use to you, get a full refund with no questions asked.

Questions

Before you start

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Symetric records what you report and shows what it finds. It never suggests a diagnosis.

What happens if I miss check-ins?

Nothing breaks. There are no streaks, and the gap is information too. A rough fortnight is still worth having on the record.

How long until it shows me something?

About six weeks. Week one is mostly logging; by week three it knows your baseline.

Does it use AI?

No AI reads anything you log. Patterns are calculated on your phone with ordinary statistics.

What is in the report?

An executive summary, every domain against your own baseline, sleep, body if you track it, what moves with what, and how complete the record is.

Is it available outside Australia?

Not yet. Join the waitlist at the bottom of the page and you will hear when that changes.

Who built it

One person, with the same problem.

Symetric started in February 2026, built by someone who kept walking out of appointments unable to explain what was going on. It isn’t a company, there’s no funding, and it’s been used every day since.
